Day 01 :

Day 1: Arrival in Srinagar | Local City Tour

Welcome to Srinagar – the Summer Capital of Jammu & Kashmir! Upon arrival at Srinagar Airport, you’ll be greeted with a warm welcome by our OnTravel representative and escorted to your hotel. After check-in, enjoy a guided tour of Srinagar's famed Mughal Gardens including Nishat Bagh, Shalimar Bagh, Chashme Shahi, and Pari Mahal or Shankaracharya Temple.

Spend the evening at your leisure to soak in the serene charm of the city, followed by a delicious dinner and overnight stay at your hotel.

Srinagar, nestled in the Kashmir Valley at 1,730 meters above sea level, is affectionately called the "City of Lakes" and the "Venice of the East." Its scenic lakes, houseboats, and surrounding Chinar trees have inspired travelers for centuries.

Day 02 :

After breakfast, proceed for a day trip to Sonmarg, known as the "Meadow of Gold". Explore the lush valley and optionally take a pony ride to the famous Thajiwas Glacier (on direct payment basis). Surrounded by snow-capped peaks, Sonmarg is a trekker's paradise and a perfect escape into nature.

Return to Srinagar in the evening. Dinner and overnight stay at your hotel.
Note: Local transport to Thajiwas Glacier is arranged by union vehicles or ponies and is payable directly.

Day 03 :

Day 3: Day Excursion to Yusmarg or Doodhpathri | Return to Srinagar

Meals: Breakfast + Dinner

Start the day with a nourishing breakfast and proceed to Yusmarg (or Doodhpathri – based on weather and travel conditions). Known for its alpine meadows, Nilnag Lake, and the majestic Mount Tatakuti, Yusmarg offers picture-perfect tranquility. Visit Sang-e-Safed, a picnic-friendly meadow nestled in the heart of this scenic wonderland.

Later, return to Srinagar for dinner and an overnight stay at your hotel.

Day 04 :

Day 4: Day Excursion to Gulmarg (55 km) | Return to Srinagar

Meals: Breakfast + Lunch/Dinner

After breakfast, embark on a scenic journey to Gulmarg, the famed hill station offering lush landscapes and thrilling winter sports. Weather permitting, enjoy views of Nanga Parbat, and experience the world-renowned Gondola Ride (Asia’s highest cable car) up to Kongdoori and Affarwat Peaks (tickets on direct payment).

In the evening, return to Srinagar. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.Note: During winter months, vehicles reach up to Tangmarg only. Snow cabs, ATVs, or ponies from Tangmarg to Gulmarg are payable directly.

Day 05 :

Day 5: Srinagar to Pahalgam (142 km)

Meals: Breakfast + Lunch/Dinner
Stay: Hotel in Pahalgam Post breakfast, check out from your hotel and begin your journey to Pahalgam, also known as the "Valley of Shepherds." En route, enjoy scenic views of saffron fields and apple orchards. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and relax amidst the serene surroundings. Dinner and overnight stay at Pahalgam.

Day 06 :

Day 6: Pahalgam Local Sightseeing

Meals: Breakfast + Lunch/Dinner
Stay: Hotel in Pahalgam

After breakfast, explore the local attractions of Pahalgam. You may visit Chandanwari, Aru Valley, and Betaab Valley – all known for their cinematic landscapes and peaceful vibe. Optional pony rides or taxi tours to these valleys can be arranged at the local taxi stand (on direct payment basis).

Return to the hotel in the evening for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 07 :

Meals: Breakfast + Lunch/Dinner Stay: Hotel in Pahalgam After breakfast, explore the local attractions of Pahalgam. You may visit Chandanwari, Aru Valley, and Betaab Valley – all known for their cinematic landscapes and peaceful vibe. Optional pony rides or taxi tours to these valleys can be arranged at the local taxi stand (on direct payment basis). Return to the hotel in the evening for dinner and overnight stay.

Stay: Deluxe Houseboat in Srinagar

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive back to Srinagar. Upon arrival, check into a beautiful Kashmiri houseboat on Dal Lake. Enjoy a relaxing Shikara ride (optional) and soak in the peaceful lake surroundings. Dinner and overnight stay on the houseboat.

Day 08 :

Day 8: Departure from Srinagar

After a final breakfast in the lap of Kashmir, check out from the houseboat. Our OnTravel representative will assist you with your transfer to Srinagar Airport for your onward journey – taking back memories of a soulful Kashmiri getaway.
