2. Booking and Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by OnTravel.
A booking is deemed confirmed when you receive a confirmation email or message from us.
Customers must provide accurate and complete information during the booking process.
Special requests such as dietary preferences, wheelchair assistance, or specific accommodations must be communicated in advance.
3. Payments
Payments can be made via debit/credit cards, UPI, bank transfers, or other payment gateways specified on our platform.
A non-refundable advance payment is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid within the stipulated time frame.
Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation without a refund.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Customer-Initiated Cancellations:
30+ days before departure: 70% refund of the total amount.
15-29 days before departure: 50% refund.
Less than 15 days: No refund will be provided.
OnTravel-Initiated Cancellations:
In the unlikely event of a cancellation initiated by us, you will receive a full refund or an alternative booking option.
5. Amendments to Bookings
Amendments can be requested by contacting our customer service at info@ontravel.in or calling our helpline numbers. All changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
6. Travel Documentation
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they possess valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and health certificates, required for their journey.
We are not liable for travel disruptions caused by missing or invalid documentation.
7. Limitation of Liability
OnTravel acts as an intermediary between customers and travel service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels). We are not liable for any service disruptions or failures caused by these third parties.
We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by natural disasters, political unrest, or unforeseen events.
8. Customer Obligations
You agree to adhere to the rules and regulations of service providers, including airlines, hotels, and tour operators.
Any abusive or inappropriate behavior towards our staff or partners may result in service termination without a refund.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Punjab.
10. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be updated on our website and take effect immediately.
