This tour takes you across Saurashtra, from Gujarat's biggest city to its sacred coast and wild forests. Two days in Ahmedabad cover the Sabarmati Ashram, Adalaj Stepwell, Sidi Saiyyed Mosque and the old city pols.

You then travel to Jamnagar, known for its lakes and palaces, and on to Dwarka for darshan at the Dwarkadhish Temple. The coast road leads to Somnath Jyotirlinga, followed by a stop on the Portuguese-influenced island of Diu with its fort and beaches. The last highlight is Sasan Gir, the only home of the Asiatic lion, before returning to Ahmedabad.

Arrive and check in. Evening at Law Garden market. Overnight in Ahmedabad.

02Day 2: Day 2: Explore Ahmedabad

Sabarmati Ashram, Adalaj Stepwell, Sidi Saiyyed Mosque and old city heritage walk. Overnight in Ahmedabad.

03Day 3: Day 3: Ahmedabad to Jamnagar

Drive to Jamnagar and visit Lakhota Lake and Bala Hanuman Temple. Overnight in Jamnagar.

04Day 4: Day 4: Jamnagar to Dwarka

Drive to Dwarka for Dwarkadhish Temple and Gomti Ghat. Overnight in Dwarka.

05Day 5: Day 5: Dwarka to Somnath

Visit Nageshwar and Bet Dwarka, then drive to Somnath for the evening aarti. Overnight in Somnath.

06Day 6: Day 6: Somnath to Diu

Morning darshan at Somnath, then drive to Diu for the fort and beaches. Overnight in Diu.

07Day 7: Day 7: Diu to Sasan Gir

Drive to Sasan Gir and settle in near the forest. Overnight in Sasan Gir.

08Day 8: Day 8: Gir Safari – Drive to Ahmedabad

Early morning lion safari, then drive back to Ahmedabad. Overnight in Ahmedabad.

09Day 9: Day 9: Departure

Transfer to Ahmedabad airport or railway station.
