Enjoy Bali without overspending on this simple 5-day plan with all nights in Kuta. Day two starts with water sports at Tanjung Benoa, followed by an afternoon trip to Uluwatu, where the cliff-top temple overlooks the Indian Ocean and a Kecak fire dance is performed at sunset.

Day three is a half-day tour to Tanah Lot, the temple set on a rock in the sea. On day four you head to the highlands of Kintamani for views of Mount Batur volcano, with stops at rice terraces and a coffee plantation on the way.

Your day-by-day itinerary

01Day 1: Day 1: Arrive in Bali – Kuta

Arrive at Denpasar airport and transfer to your hotel in Kuta. Evening free at Kuta beach. Overnight in Kuta.

02Day 2: Day 2: Tanjung Benoa and Uluwatu

Morning water sports at Tanjung Benoa, then visit Uluwatu Temple and watch the Kecak dance at sunset. Overnight in Kuta.

03Day 3: Day 3: Tanah Lot Temple

Half-day tour to the sea temple of Tanah Lot. Afternoon free for shopping. Overnight in Kuta.

04Day 4: Day 4: Kintamani Day Tour

Drive to Kintamani for views of Mount Batur, stopping at Tegallalang rice terraces and a coffee plantation. Overnight in Kuta.

05Day 5: Day 5: Departure

Transfer to Denpasar airport for your flight home.
