This 7-day trip gives you enough time to enjoy all four of Kashmir's star destinations without rushing. You start with Srinagar's Mughal Gardens and a shikara ride on Dal Lake.
From Srinagar you make a day trip to Sonmarg for the Thajiwas Glacier and another to Gulmarg, where winter brings skiing, sledging and snow activities. Then you move to Pahalgam for two nights, with a full day to explore Aru Valley, Betaab Valley and Chandanwari. On the way back to Srinagar there is time for shopping before your flight home.

Your day-by-day itinerary
01Day 1: Day 1: Arrive in Srinagar – Local Sightseeing
Arrive and check in with a welcome drink. Visit the Mughal Gardens and take a shikara ride on Dal Lake. Overnight in Srinagar.
02Day 2: Day 2: Excursion to Sonmarg
Drive to Sonmarg along the Sindh river and take an optional pony ride to Thajiwas Glacier. Return to Srinagar. Overnight in Srinagar.
03Day 3: Day 3: Gulmarg – Snow and Gondola
Day trip to Gulmarg for the Gondola ride and seasonal skiing or sledging. Return to Srinagar. Overnight in Srinagar.
04Day 4: Day 4: Srinagar to Pahalgam
Drive to Pahalgam via saffron fields and Avantipur ruins. Evening walk by the Lidder river. Overnight in Pahalgam.
05Day 5: Day 5: Pahalgam Sightseeing
Explore Aru Valley, Betaab Valley and Chandanwari by local cab. Overnight in Pahalgam.
06Day 6: Day 6: Pahalgam to Srinagar
Return to Srinagar and spend the afternoon shopping for pashmina, dry fruits and handicrafts. Overnight in Srinagar.
07Day 7: Day 7: Departure
Transfer to Srinagar airport for your flight home.
