Welcome to Srinagar, the summer capital of Jammu & Kashmir. Upon arrival, an Ontravel representative will greet you with a warm welcome and assist you with your transfer to a charming houseboat, your home for the night.

After check-in and some rest, begin your local sightseeing with a visit to Srinagar's world-famous Mughal Gardens:

Shalimar Bagh (Abode of Love), a timeless gift from Emperor Jahangir to Empress Noor Jahan

Chashme Shahi, the smallest yet most serene of the gardens, famous for its refreshing natural spring.

Later, pay a visit to the Shankaracharya Temple, a sacred shrine dedicated to Lord Shiva that offers panoramic views of the entire valley. In the evening, experience a peaceful Shikara ride on the enchanting Dal Lake before returning to your houseboat for a relaxing overnight stay.Inclusions: Accommodation & Dinner

After breakfast, check out from the houseboat and check in to your Srinagar hotel. Then, set off for a mesmerizing day tour to Sonmarg, known as the “Meadow of Gold.” Enjoy the scenic drive as you ascend through the lush green valleys and mountain views.

Upon reaching Sonmarg, you can opt for a pony ride to the Thajiwas Glacier, where snow blankets the mountains year-round. Don’t forget to capture these magical moments. Sonmarg also serves as a base for various high-altitude treks and is ideal for trout fishing and river rafting (seasonal).

Return to Srinagar in the evening and settle in for dinner and an overnight stay at your hotel.

Begin your day with breakfast, then head out for an exciting day trip to the legendary Gulmarg, one of India’s top hill destinations.

Gulmarg is home to Asia’s largest cable car project – the Gondola ride, offering breathtaking views of snow-covered peaks and lush meadows. The ride comprises two phases – up to Kungdoor and further to Apharwat Peak – a true highlight of the trip (tickets on direct payment basis).

In winter, Gulmarg transforms into a skiing paradise, while in summer, it’s a peaceful haven with alpine flowers and panoramic views. Return to Srinagar in the evening for dinner and overnight stay at your hotel.

After breakfast, check out from your Srinagar hotel and drive towards Pahalgam, the picturesque Valley of Shepherds. En route, visit the charming Saffron fields and explore the historic Awantipur ruins, ancient temples built by King Awantiverman dedicated to Lord Vishnu.

Arrive in Pahalgam and check in to your hotel. Spend the afternoon strolling through the scenic surroundings, taking in the beauty of lush meadows, towering pine trees, and the tranquil Lidder River. Dinner and overnight stay at your Pahalgam hotel.

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel, followed by a day of exploration in Pahalgam. Visit Chandanwari, the starting point of the Amarnath Yatra, and the snow-capped Snow Point, around 14 km from town. You can also enjoy a pony ride (at your own expense) for a unique mountain adventure. Please note: Local taxis are required for internal sightseeing in Pahalgam, as outside vehicles are restricted.
