Simply Kerala is a relaxed introduction to the green hills of God's Own Country. The trip begins in Kochi and heads to Munnar, with a stop at the roaring Athirappilly waterfall along the way.
You have a full day to explore Munnar's tea gardens, Eravikulam National Park, Mattupetty Dam and Echo Point. Then the road winds through cardamom estates to Thekkady, gateway to the Periyar Tiger Reserve, where you can try a boat ride on Periyar Lake, a spice plantation tour or a Kathakali show. On the last day you drive back to Kochi for your drop.

Your day-by-day itinerary
01Day 1: Day 1: Kochi to Munnar via Athirappilly Falls
Arrive in Kochi and drive to Munnar, stopping at Athirappilly and Cheeyappara waterfalls. Check in and enjoy the cool hill air. Overnight in Munnar.
02Day 2: Day 2: Munnar Sightseeing
Explore Eravikulam National Park, the Tea Museum, Mattupetty Dam, Echo Point and the rolling tea estates. Overnight in Munnar.
03Day 3: Day 3: Munnar to Thekkady
Drive through cardamom and pepper plantations to Thekkady. In the evening you can enjoy a spice garden walk, Kathakali or Kalaripayattu show (at own cost). Overnight in Thekkady.
04Day 4: Day 4: Thekkady to Kochi – Departure
After breakfast, optionally take a boat ride on Periyar Lake, then drive back to Kochi for your drop at the airport.
