This retreat is for travellers who want to see Meghalaya's natural beauty at an easy pace and with comfortable stays. You start in Shillong, the Scotland of the East, visiting Ward's Lake, Shillong Peak, Elephant Falls and the Don Bosco Museum.

A day trip takes you to Mawlynnong and to Dawki, where boats seem to float on the crystal-clear Umngot river. Then you move to Cherrapunjee via Laitlum Grand Canyon. A full day there covers Nohkalikai Falls, Seven Sisters Falls, Mawsmai Cave and the Eco Park viewpoints before you return to Guwahati.

Arrive in Guwahati and drive to Shillong via Umiam Lake. Overnight in Shillong.

02Day 2: Day 2: Shillong Sightseeing

Visit Ward's Lake, Shillong Peak, Elephant Falls and Don Bosco Museum. Overnight in Shillong.

03Day 3: Day 3: Mawlynnong and Dawki

Day trip to Mawlynnong village and boating on the Umngot river at Dawki. Overnight in Shillong.

04Day 4: Day 4: Shillong to Cherrapunjee via Laitlum

Visit Laitlum Grand Canyon and continue to Cherrapunjee. Overnight in Cherrapunjee.

05Day 5: Day 5: Cherrapunjee Sightseeing

See Nohkalikai Falls, Seven Sisters Falls, Mawsmai Cave and Eco Park. Overnight in Cherrapunjee.

06Day 6: Day 6: Departure

Drive to Guwahati for your onward journey.
